So last week when I was out to dinner with a senior client, and he introduced me to his Board members as their “Insights Guru”, I was humbled that people have come to think of me this way.

Dealing with the Pandemic: An Entrepreneur’s View from the Ground

It has been an interesting couple of months. March 9th is when I first saw the impact of COVID-19 would have on our lives. It is that day that one of our global Pharma clients reached out to get our opinion on whether they should continue doing research as planned. This was an important question, as in addition to their two projects, we had 39 more in-person qualitative research projects active globally, including in China. Based on the reality in Asia and in Europe, we decided to convert all in-person research globally and in the US into virtuals, which thanks to our investments in technology and our strategic partners, we were able to do in less than 72 hours.
