Over the past couple of weeks, I have connected with many of our client stakeholders. As always, nothing gives me more joy than spending time with clients talking about their businesses. However, several of them didn’t want to talk about just their business. Instead, they wanted to learn more about Shapiro+Raj…what a surprise!

Additionally, we’ve developed proprietary apps to address our clients’ unmet needs. Our ML/AI app, S+R AQuA, allows clients to use their prior qual research to answer questions today. For one client, we were able to answer five strategic questions in three days, saving $80K and 6 weeks of planned research.
Innovative Methods
We have developed proprietary next-gen methodologies that integrate system 1 and system 2 approaches; are a hybrid of qual + quant methods; and are not just evaluative but also generative. These methods help us get to deeper insights faster than traditional research approaches and are the reason why we were able to deliver a transformative strategy for an outdoor living brand in 67 days, founded on learnings from over 10,000 constituents.
